What is an ebook?

ebooks are electronic books that can be read on a computer screen or printed out to paper. They come in the form of simple programs that you can download and store on your PC.

The big advantages of ebooks is that they are delivered instantly and at no cost.

What do I get?

This depends on the product (check the product page for the exact information). Generally, you’ll receive a zip file (or zip files) containing a pdf of the main ebook, separate pdf files of any full tabs (so you don’t have to go scrolling through a long book and to make it easier to print out individual tabs) along with videos, mp3s or midi files that are included.

What’s a zip file and how do I open it?

Zip files contain a number of different files (documents, music, videos etc) and compress them. This means many files can be downloaded together and more quickly. Once you’ve downloaded them, they can be opened and the files will be exactly the same as the original files.

If you have Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Mac OS X, you can treat zip files just as you would normal folders. Double click on it and it will open just like any normal folder and you can access the contents as normal. If you don’t have one of these, free programs are available that can open zip files: 7Zip for Windows and StuffIt Expander for the Mac.

What software do I need?

Most computers will come with all the software you’ll need already installed. If not, all the necessary software is available to download free. To read the pdf files download Adobe Reader. To unzip the files download 7Zip for Windows or StuffIt Expander for the Mac.. To listen to midi and mp3 files, and to watch videos download RealPlayer.

How Much Is Shipping? Do You Ship to…?

All products are ebooks and are digitally delivered, so no shipping.

Are there any digital restrictions?

No. These products are DRM free. There are no digital restrictions on how you can use these products. You will always be able to access them and they can be printed as many times as you wish for personal use. I urge you to be wary of any products which make these kinds of restrictions.

How do I buy it?

Once you click on a ‘Buy Now’ button you’ll be taken to PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account or Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. They also accept online checks, however, your ebook will not be delivered until the check has cleared. This usually occurs in three days or less but can take up to 10 days.

How do I get it?

Once you’ve paid, you’ll be directed to a page allowing you to download the ebook you’ve bought. You’ll also get an email with a link to the download page. This usually arrives with a few seconds. If you don’t have the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder. If there is still no sign of it after half an hour ,or if for any reason you are unable to download the ebook, contact me with your receipt number and I’ll gladly send you your purchases directly.

What if I can’t get something to work?

If you have any problems send me an email and I’ll do the best I can to sort it out. If the product is defective and we can’t get it to work, a full refund will be given up to 8 weeks after the date of purchase.

Will I have to pay VAT?

No. All ebooks are VAT free including to EU customers.

If I give you my email address will you sell it to spammers?

Absolutely not. The list is handled by iContact. They rely on keeping their lists spam free in order to keep the email hosts happy and avoid their blacklists. You can read their privacy policy here.
